The Skolkovo Foundation and the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) of Pakistan have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to strengthen cooperation in the technology sector, establish closer business relations and foster strategic cooperation and exchanges between Russian and Pakistani scientific and technological institutions and enterprises. The Letter of Intent was signed between Mr. Igor Drozdov, Chairman of the Board of the Skolkovo Foundation and Mr. Amer Ahmed Hashmi, Chairman of the Authority for Special Technological Zones, in the presence of the Prime Minister.
The Skolkovo Foundation is a non-commercial organization, founded in Moscow, in 2010.
