Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation increased its position in the UK-based medical diagnostics company to 19,859,773 shares. This figure includes the addition of 14,285,714 LumiraDx shares through a private placement on July 25 that priced those shares at $1.75 each. Following this new investment, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation now owns a 15.8% stake in LumiraDx.

The foundation revealed that under a previous agreement, it had the right to nominate one administrator and one observer to the LumiraDx board. Engine capital cut its stake in the mobile game maker by about a fifth, to 1,435,194 shares. Without citing a reason, Engine Capital sold 379,515 SciPlay shares from June 28 to July 29 at prices per share of $13.15 and $14.05. Engine now owns 5.8% of SciPlay’s tradable shares.
